Breast Surgery Reviews

A natural feel.

▪︎Right 325 / Left 295–270▪︎Thin skin▪︎Chest 77, waist 62, hips 83▪︎159 cm, 46 kg▪︎Breast asymmetry / pigeon chest▪︎Mentor Extra It has been about a month since I had breast surgery at [Clinic A], so I am leaving a weekly review. I hope it helps~ Before surgery, I was scared of the procedure itself, but after having it done, I became more curious about the recovery process. For me, weeks 1–2 were the most uncomfortable, and I became noticeably more comfortable from week 3. At one month, I can carry out daily life with almost no discomfort~!! Week 1—I was definitely better than at first. Still, raising my arms felt stiff and heavy, and even movements I usually did without thinking made me cautious because of my breasts!! There was still a lot of swelling in my breasts, and my entire upper body looked puffy from swelling. Overall, they felt as though they were sitting low. When I first saw them, they looked different from the shape I had imagined, so I was a little startled. The two sides also looked slightly different, but I was told that there could be differences in swelling and that they were still settling, so I tried not to worry too much. I usually sleep curled up, so having to pay attention to my sleeping position was subtly uncomfortable. But sleeping on my back actually corrected my habit of sleeping curled up.,.lol.. Week 2—By around week 2, I definitely felt more able to live normally. Moving lightly at home was almost fine, and daily life became much easier. The pulling and pressure in my breasts also decreased a lot compared with the beginning. My breasts were still quite firm, and there was still considerable swelling. Still, compared with week 1, it was fascinating to see the shape gradually changing. At first the upper portion felt overly full, but I could see the contour changing as they gradually settled downward. Wear your upper band diligently~! From this point, I could also gradually notice that clothes fit differently. I tried on clothes I had always wanted to wear and felt satisfied on my own lol Still, since I was not fully recovered, I continued to be careful not to overuse my arms. Week 3—From week 3, I was definitely more comfortable. I could do the arm-raising stretches [Clinic A] taught me fairly comfortably. At first, my breasts were so firm and unfamiliar that I kept thinking about them, but over time I could feel them gradually becoming more natural. Much of the swelling had gone down, and it felt as though my breasts were settling lower than before. It was fascinating to see the shape change little by little whenever I looked in the mirror. I could manage daily life almost as usual. Still, I did not think I was fully recovered yet, so I avoided strenuous exercise or actions that required a lot of chest exertion. They also felt a little softer than at first, but it was difficult to call them completely natural yet. One month—It has already been a month. Comparing photos from right after surgery with now, they have really changed a lot. At first, the swelling was severe and they were very firm, so I worried for no reason, but after a month, the overall shape is clearly becoming more natural. I can tell they have not completely settled yet. Still, the feeling of being concentrated at the top has mostly gone away, and I like the overall contour much more. Personally, what I am most satisfied with is how clothes fit differently. Clothes that used to look awkward around the chest now seem to drape more beautifully, so I feel good every time I get dressed lol The feel is not completely natural yet. It has become much softer than at first, but I think it needs a little more time. I thought one month would mean everything was finished, but after actually going through it, one month still seems to be part of the recovery process. I can see small changes every day, so I am looking forward to seeing them become even more natural. Looking back so far, weeks 1–2 were the hardest, and I was definitely more comfortable from week 3. Before surgery, I worried about all sorts of things, but after going through it, there were many things I had worried about unnecessarily. Of course, recovery speed and pain vary by person, but by my standards, I am quite satisfied so far. It is still only one month, so I think I need to watch longer to see the final shape. I plan to keep documenting the process as they become more natural :)
