I went to [Doctor A] at [Clinic A] for a consultation about male eye surgery. I thought I had somewhat assessed my own eyes, so I asked whether non-incisional double-eyelid surgery would be possible without ptosis correction. They said ptosis correction was optional, whether to do it or not, and then showed me possible crease designs. They showed me that the crease could be set high (high by my standards, a hidden double eyelid). They said that because I have no skin laxity or fat, it should turn out open and clear, but by my standards, the crease seemed too high. They said a lower crease was also possible, but that there would be no difference after surgery.
