The doctor was kind and detailed during the consultation, and seemed confident. I think the advantage is that they do not make an incision at the elbow, and they did not first bring up areas the patient had not mentioned. (There was no pressure to accept the doctor's opinion.) During the long consultation, they discussed various things, and seemed to have their own know-how. Since I have many areas to operate on, there were many options; they were honest about the disadvantages and advantages depending on how one chooses.
