Overall, the consultation was fairly ordinary. Since it was a consultation for double-chin liposuction, I expected they would perform an ultrasound examination, but the consultation proceeded after only taking facial photographs, without a separate ultrasound examination. During the consultation, I was advised that, rather than doing only double-chin liposuction, it would be better to also have platysma muscle plication. I could listen to the explanation without much discomfort. However, if I undergo muscle plication, the part I am most concerned about is scarring from the incision...
