I did not know whether I should get orthognathic surgery or facial contouring, so I said I was deliberating between both and went for a consultation. I thought there might be a consultation fee, but there was none separately. Both the consultant and doctor were kind. It was my first consultation, so I was very nervous, but they explained things well. They understood my needs and said orthognathic surgery would likely be unnecessary. I had been planning three-part facial contouring, but they said zygoma reduction did not seem particularly necessary either. I liked that they spoke honestly. It felt like they did not push excessive procedures and only recommended exactly what I needed.
