I liked that they realistically explained what was possible in my current condition and told me only the facts, without empty reassurances. Although mine is a difficult case, they said the sausage-like crease could be addressed. They also explained specifically that my asymmetrical eyes are already fairly pronounced because of my eye structure, so a 100% correction would not be possible, but lowering the left crease further could improve it compared with now. That made me trust them, because this was the only place that told me such things. They also showed before-and-after photos, all of which I liked, and explained things while drawing diagrams.
