I had medial canthoplasty reversal 2–3 years ago, and it turned out so naturally that you cannot tell I had it done. At first it was red, and the surgical area would turn red again when I drank alcohol, but now it does not really become red even when I am not feeling well. You need to apply ointment diligently. I remember the surgeon waking me during surgery and asking how much I wanted closed. I am very satisfied, though it has opened very slightly little by little over time. I do not remember the price, so this is not exact. From what I remember of the coordinator telling me to name a price.. it seems like the price is whatever you say.
