I liked that the consultation was detailed, and even more that kindness came naturally to them (there are so many unfriendly clinics...). They told me to ask anything I was curious about and explained things in detail, so many of my questions were resolved before the doctor's consultation. The doctor's consultation was conducted calmly. However, although I had visited several places, the doctor mentioned something other clinics had not noticed, so I wondered whether they had a keen eye. In particular, during the consultation they drew the areas requiring grafting on a pad, which made it easy to understand and useful as a reference.
