At first, I paid for one session of imported botulinum toxin and three sessions of contouring injections. I was concerned about a slightly bulbous nose. During the first two sessions, they did not treat only the areas I wanted; they adjusted overall proportions and symmetry. During the third session, they focused only on the area I was concerned about. I did not notice a very large change in the first or second session, but after treatment mainly around the nasal tip in the third session, I seemed to see some effect. I have since had two additional sessions, and I definitely feel there is an effect. I plan to go another two or three times. The first and second sessions were painful enough to make my eyes water, and botulinum toxin injections in the nostrils are extremely painful. But treatment focused on the nasal tip is tolerable.
