I am leaving a review of my forehead lift surgery. After looking into several places, I had surgery here. Compared with other clinics, there seemed to be about two additional fixation points that pull toward the sides of the ears, perhaps because of that I could clearly feel the overall lifting force and effect. After surgery, my forehead and eyebrow lines were refined, making my impression much more open and defined. Personally, I was so satisfied with the change in my image that it felt like a life-changing surgery. I am sure I would have seen some effect elsewhere too, but I wonder whether I would have had a change satisfying enough to feel as I do now. However, the disappointing part was that the scars were more visible than expected. At the consultation, I was told the scars would barely be noticeable, but during recovery they bothered me more than I had anticipated. In addition, I developed hair-loss symptoms after surgery, so I visited the hospital for aftercare for several months. I also had several autologous-blood platelet-rich plasma injections. Later, I even underwent an additional incision procedure in the area of hair loss, but personally I did not feel a major difference. Therefore, for those sensitive about scars or whose hairline and incision areas are visible, I recommend confirming more specifically during consultation how visible scars may actually be, the possibility of hair loss, and postoperative care before deciding. There were certainly disappointing points, but my facial image changed noticeably, so I am truly satisfied with the forehead lift itself. For me, it was a surgery with high satisfaction, with only the scars being a little disappointing.
