I did not find them unfriendly at all... Even though the doctor looked extremely busy, they tried their best to consult with me, asked whether I had questions, and smiled. There were many people, so it did look somewhat chaotic and hectic. They should probably expand the waiting area and add more chairs. The clinic felt too small for the number of clients. The injection stung a little, and the procedure ended quickly. It has not been long since I received it, so I do not know the effect yet, but I am looking forward to it. I liked that they did not recommend additional procedures and only looked at what I requested. I have heard booking is somewhat difficult.
