First, silicone is making me obsessed and anxious, so I want it removed and want an implant-free nose. For now, I am considering [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C]. It has only been about a year and a half since my rhinoplasty, so I am not planning to do it immediately, but compared with when I looked into it here a year ago, the clinics everyone goes to for consultations seem to have changed somewhat.
Could anyone recommend a clinic and doctor for implant-free revision rhinoplasty? I truly do not need a higher nasal bridge, so I want to prioritize an implant-free, closed approach. I am considering [Clinic A] and [Clinic C] because I heard they use cartilage particles to smooth out step-offs with a closed approach T_T
