The size was small, but the biggest problem was that my rib cage flared out, leaving too much space in the center, so they would not come together well and looked even smaller. The thought of living with implants for the rest of my life felt too burdensome, and I had seen too many revision cases to bring myself to have surgery, so this is what I chose. I filled out the overall size while focusing on the center, and I received 200 cc. With central volume restored, the overall shape feels rounded again, which I really like. If the longevity is good, I’m even thinking of having it done periodically to maintain the shape. I feel less foreign-body sensation than expected, and the feel is fine too. For people burdened by surgery, I think it may be worth considering at least once.
