I arrived at six after work. Since it was my first visit, I briefly filled out personal information and how I found the clinic on a form, then went straight to the consultation room (zero wait). Many people had arrived around the same time as me, but I liked that they moved people through promptly with no waiting.
I booked Potenza for pores through the [Brand A] app, and I had been deliberating over Rejuran. They did not particularly recommend it, but I asked first, lol. I decided on 3 cc by hand injection and paid. There was no price difference from the app, and they checked whether an additional discount applied when receiving Rejuran together, so Potenza + 3 cc Rejuran came to 495,000 won!
I immediately put my belongings in a locker, went to wash my face (zero wait), and applied numbing cream. After waiting a bit with the numbing cream on, I took the elevator upstairs. Dermatology is on the 10th floor, while procedures are done on the 12th.
In the treatment room, I waited about five minutes for the doctor and then received the procedure right away. The doctor was male, but I do not know his name. I was extremely scared because I thought it would hurt. Honestly, I could not even look at his face ⭐️
Procedure pain (Potenza) 1. The first pass did not hurt at all. I could not understand why everyone had scared me by saying it hurt; it did not hurt to that extent. 2. On the second pass, it started to sting a little. But not to the point where I tensed up or flinched; more like, “It must almost be over, right? Please finish quickly.” After Potenza, when moving on to Rejuran, the doctor asked whether I wanted it across the entire face or concentrated on the butterfly zone, so I chose a focus on the butterfly zone.
Procedure pain (Rejuran) Maybe I relaxed because Potenza did not hurt; this was not merely a sting. I immediately clenched my fists. I instantly understood why some people consider sedation when having 10 cc injected across the whole face. During Potenza, the doctor was holding my forehead, but there was no tension in the hand; during Rejuran, I must have flinched unconsciously, because I could feel him pressing my forehead to keep me still, lol.
One tear came from my left eye and two from my right. After the procedure, I went back down to the 10th floor, went into a red device, had a regenerative laser treatment and a soothing mask, then left. I fell asleep during the soothing mask, so I do not know how long I lay there with it on.
I left at 8:30. I was there until late, but it was nice because everyone explained things kindly and made sure I had my medication. I am writing this the next day, and aside from a slight facial redness, almost all the bumpy swelling has gone down. People around me say I need about three treatments at monthly intervals to see the proper effect, so I will bring my second review next month 👍
