I had been deliberating over my lower abdomen for such a long time. No matter how much I exercised or dieted, only that area stayed the same, so it stressed me out every time I got dressed. I was worried about the recovery period, so I looked into various options and decided on unlimited RAMS for my abdomen. It has already been 3 months. For the first 1–2 weeks, the swelling and bruising made it impossible to see much, and I wondered whether this was right. But as time passed, the contour gradually settled in. My waist circumference was 99.8 before the procedure, and it has now decreased to 88.8. My weight also went from 84.2 down to 74. My lower abdomen still feels slightly firm in places, but it is definitely softer now than it was at week 5, so I think it is still recovering. The most noticeable change is how clothes fit! Pants that would not fasten before now fasten with room to spare, and my side profile is clearly different. Part of me thinks I should have done it sooner. Still, I am glad I started now. I think it will settle even more by month 6, so I will leave another review then. I hope this helps anyone who is deliberating!
