Escaping a wide face with three facial-contouring procedures plus facial liposuction at Cookie

Has anyone tried many contouring injections or Botox treatments but seen no effect? I was one of them, haha… I was so stressed that I began deliberating over surgery. I visited consultations at hospitals famous for doll-like lines, and Cookie was my last consultation. The atmosphere was much quieter than expected when I entered the exam room, so I was a little intimidated. But once the doctor put up my CT scan and looked at it, they became like a completely different person. They drew lines while explaining the angle and amount of bone to remove, and I could feel an almost obsessive dedication to the surgery. Honestly, other places only told me they would remove a lot of bone, so I was tempted, but Dr. Jeong Seong-mo firmly drew the line and said they would absolutely not overdo it. Instead, since I have a lot of cheek fat, they said that removing only bone would make my face sag like a deflated balloon, so they added cheek and chin liposuction, as well as buccal fat removal. There was no pressure at all; it felt entirely left to my choice. I could see that the doctor took enormous pride in creating clean lines, so I decided to trust their recommendation. I had known Cookie for creating glamorous lines well, but I liked that they adjusted the angles to suit my needs without making them excessive, so I decided on surgery that very day. On surgery day, I was worried and scared because it was my first time under general anesthesia, but I closed my eyes and when I opened them, it was all over, haha. There was less swelling than expected that day, and the nurses took very good care of me during my hospitalization. I did not have much dizziness or nausea, so I do not think that day was especially difficult. There was some swelling and it felt awkward until weeks 2–3, but around one month later, moving my facial muscles became much more natural. As time passed, my jawline became sharper and the scars gradually faded. At around six months, the scars were visible only on close inspection, and the intraoral incision line became much more comfortable, so the uncomfortable sensation disappeared. I am satisfied because my face seems much smaller from the front too, but the change in my jawline is especially obvious from the side. I used to rush to hide it with my hair, but now I tie my hair up freely. The line was made naturally, so it does not look like I had surgery. Unless I tell them, people do not even know I had surgery and first ask whether I lost weight, haha.
