My existing double-eyelid crease was too high and the two sides were asymmetric, so I kept deliberating over revision eye surgery. I had a consultation at [Clinic A] and underwent surgery! I had asymmetric eyes, relatively weak eye-opening strength, and hollowness above my eyes, so I was stressed that I looked tired overall T_T. After consultation, to lower my existing crease, I had revision double-eyelid surgery using the double-line incision technique, along with ptosis correction, fat grafting above the eyes, and fat repositioning above the eyes. Rather than a thick, dramatic crease, I wanted a natural, thin in-out crease. I liked that they understood the look I wanted and carefully considered both the crease height and asymmetry between the sides haha. After surgery, the previously high crease lowered naturally, and the asymmetry between the two creases improved greatly, so I love it! Since I had both fat grafting and fat repositioning above the eyes, the sunken-looking upper eyelids also look much softer and more natural than before. Perhaps thanks to the ptosis correction, my eye-opening strength improved too, so my eyes seem to open more clearly than before haha. Above all, I am very satisfied because the thin in-out crease I wanted is settling in without the thick double-eyelid look I had worried about!! There was almost no waiting at the clinic, so everything from the consultation to follow-up visits was comfortable. I had many worries because this was revision surgery, but I like the result, so I feel I needlessly deliberated for so long lol. I would like to recommend it to those deliberating over lowering their crease, asymmetry, or upper-eyelid hollowness through revision eye surgery!!
