The first consultation was okay, but when I went back for another consultation, they were genuinely so unfriendly. I do not really know why I was scolded either. I am not a doctor, so how am I supposed to know the surgical method in detail? They sent me a few videos, then criticized me for not understanding them, and my desire to have surgery completely disappeared. It seems like they may handle hook scars and scars at the front well, but I was concerned because they seem to become progressively rounder over time. The coordinator's consultation was extremely kind. But the coordinator is not the one performing surgery—the doctor is—so what does that matter?
