I am extremely thin, so people around me said breast surgery would definitely look obvious. But it looks unbelievably natural. During the consultation, I told the doctor that I did not want it to look too obvious that I had surgery and that I was not obsessed with size. The doctor looked at my body type and said they would make it as large as possible within a range that would still look natural. I got Mentor Xtra 270 cc implants, and my desired size was a B cup. But perhaps because of the swelling, I think I am currently around a B to C cup. They still feel heavy, but the shape seems to have come out really naturally. Once more time passes, it will become even more natural from here, right?
