I had incisional double-eyelid revision surgery and lateral lower canthoplasty. My lateral canthoplasty was opened quite a lot, enough that the inner eye tissue shows. When I asked while having the stitches removed, they said they could cauterize it, but I am too scared to do it. Still, I am satisfied with my double-eyelid line and lower canthoplasty.
It does not seem like a natural style, but I like a bold, defined style, so I am satisfied. I would not recommend it to people who prefer an extremely natural style, but if you like a somewhat noticeable, defined look, get a consultation. There is only one surgeon, so they are busy, but the consultation was quite detailed. They explained all of my issues, which made me trust them.
At first, I was very worried and annoyed about the visible tissue at the lateral canthoplasty site. They told me how it could be resolved and said they would do it, but I have not gone through with it. For now, I am satisfied. They seem especially good at double-eyelid lines.
