The surgeon looked very tired, perhaps because they had just come from surgery. But the clinic was just as bustling and seemed to have many people, so that was fine. Separately, the consultation was thorough; even when I asked somewhat funny questions, they answered them all. They explained how they would perform the surgery, where the incisions would be made, and what would be placed in each area.
