I was stressed about my low, broad bulbous nose and short nose with visible nostrils T_T. It was my biggest complex. What I wanted was a natural, rounded but defined nasal tip! I had surgery with Dr. Lee at [Clinic A]; they listened closely during the consultation, and I am happy with the result! I cannot even remember my old nose anymore. I had a nasal tip procedure (auricular cartilage + septal cartilage), nasal bridge augmentation (2 mm custom implant), and alar reduction. It has now been three months, the swelling seems completely gone, and it feels like my own nose, haha. There are still marks from the alar reduction when viewed up close, but I think they will gradually fade. Please tell me if you have any scar-care tips!
