My lips were already somewhat full, but I wanted a more voluminous shape, so I tried lip filler! Explaining the look I wanted was harder than expected, so I showed them my usual favorite lip shape and lip makeup and explained it that way. I was consulted and treated in the direction of naturally adding volume mainly to the areas lacking volume, according to my current lip shape haha. It was a little scary to get injections in my lips, but it was more bearable than I expected. Immediately after the treatment, swelling made them look much fuller than usual, which surprised me a little lol. As time passed and the swelling went down, they became much more natural. I really like that they feel a little fuller overall while retaining my original lip volume >< I am especially satisfied that volume was not added to just one area, but that the overall shape was formed naturally! For people like me whose lips are already on the fuller side but who want a bit more volume, I think it may be fine to do it naturally to suit your own lip shape rather than using too much product haha. I am satisfied with mine at Dress Plastic Surgery, so I recommend it!
