I heard Dr. Jang Cheol-ho was famous, so I went for a consultation. First, I spoke with the consultant, who understood my concerns very well. They said they could not dissolve the filler either, so they would proceed as conservatively as possible, which reassured me. But one thing bothers me: after fat repositioning, they said that because the fat pocket is small, they would fat-graft the tear-trough area into the fat pocket. I do not understand that, so I am deliberating a great deal. I like the doctor too, but I do not know why they would put a fat graft into the fat pocket. When I asked whether it might protrude later, they said it would protrude as time passes and years go by, but I have no idea what that means. If not for this one issue, I would like to book.
