I wanted to have contouring done properly in one go, so I went to consultations mainly at clinics known for dramatic styles. Cookie reflected the style I wanted as much as possible, but did not simply say everything was possible, which made it trustworthy, so I had surgery there. For facial contouring, I had cheekbone reduction plus square-jaw reduction, along with deep buccal fat removal to keep my face from looking saggy. At first, the swelling was severe, so rather than sagging, I wondered if the issue was that my face looked puffy. Still, the CT showed that the bone seemed to have been shaved well. The clinic consistently contacted me to come in for care, and I diligently went. The change in swelling was clearly visible between months 1 and 2; by month 3, my face had really settled beautifully, and people around me said it had become so small and smooth that they were envious. Before surgery, I wondered whether deep buccal fat removal would make a difference, but now, seeing the smooth contours overall in profile and from the front, I think a doctor with a good aesthetic sense calculates even these detailed aspects.
