At [Clinic A], I had only zygoma reduction as my one contouring procedure, along with premaxillary augmentation. My jaw was not especially square to begin with, and I worried that touching it unnecessarily might look unnatural, so I did not have it done. Looking at it now, I think that was the right choice.
For the premaxillary augmentation, after looking up reviews and surgical cases, I chose a FitMe 3D custom implant at [Clinic A]. I also had virtual simulation, and as the swelling gradually goes down, it is surprisingly similar to the simulation.
It has not completely settled yet, but the cheekbones have been refined naturally, and the premaxillary augmentation seems fine without looking excessive. I am satisfied so far, but it will probably take another month or two for all the residual swelling to go down, right?
