I had double-eyelid surgery and inner canthoplasty together at [Clinic A]. I do not think it is a clinic famous for canthoplasty, but to give the conclusion first, I am satisfied with the inner canthoplasty. The lacrimal caruncle is not visible either. They opened it just the right amount.
I also said I wanted outer canthoplasty, but they firmly told me it was impossible because there was not enough space. Even though I practically begged, asking whether there was any way to do it... They seem to tell you clearly when something cannot be done.
But the double-eyelid crease ended up slightly thick, so my overall surgical satisfaction is about 3 out of 5? It is so-so. My satisfaction with the double-eyelid surgery is low, but I am satisfied with the canthoplasty.
