Under-Eye Review: Cell-DM (Rituo)

I had non-crosslinked HA Cell-DM and a diluted product injected under my eyes with a cannula, and I bruised a great deal. It was placed subdermally, but I seem to have many facial capillaries, so some may have ruptured when the needle went in T_T. Still, I have now moved from cold compresses to warm compresses, and it is settling down somewhat. What I learned this time: - Cell-DM (Rituo) depends heavily on the practitioner's technique. - Unlike fillers, if ECM or collagen boosters form nodules, they must be removed with extracorporeal shock-wave therapy or surgery, so think twice before using them on thin skin such as the under-eye area. - Cell-DM (Rituo) is supplied as powder in one syringe, so the mixing ratio and process differ by clinic. Always ask how well and for how long they hydrate it. Anyway, I think Cell-DM or Rituo may be a little premature for me; from now on, I plan to stick to radiofrequency treatments and Rejuran.
