My oldest brother successfully looks 10 years younger lol. I had wanted to do this for him for a long time, but getting him to a clinic was really difficult. Actually, I was more eager than he was, so I put a lot of effort into it. It may be similar for everyone, but getting men in their 40s moving is really not easy. He is not very interested in appearance and does not do any upkeep, so I really worked hard wondering how to get him there. I feel he looks almost 10 years younger lol. (To me, he looks around his mid-30s.) My brother is happy too, saying he did well to get it!
