I had my fourth revision surgery (after developing inflammation twice, I underwent a third revision)

First surgery — Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used together, so drooping came quickly. The shape and line were just so-so? I wondered whether I really needed a revision, but as my nasal tip lowered and the surgery seemed to lose its purpose, I decided on a revision. Revision surgery — This was the beginning of hell. Since the after-service period for the first surgery had passed, and I was told revisions should be done at a specialist clinic, I decided to do it properly and carefully researched a place recommended by an acquaintance. But one year after surgery, inflammation flared up............ The reason was separation between the silicone implant and bone, and I was told that unless I had a third surgery quickly, even surgery could become impossible, so the anxiety began. Because of that, I had no time to research clinics and underwent my third surgery at the same clinic. Second revision — Sigh......... the inflammation flared up again. I decided I should not have any more surgery there. As my nose increasingly began turning upward as if contracture were developing, I became scared and searched the internet intensely from that day. I probably visited around ten places for consultations. Third revision — The doctor said there could be limitations because I had a lot of scar tissue and a history of inflammation. They said they would lower it as much as possible, but that my conditions were indeed not as favorable as other people's. This was also the place that spoke the most honestly among those I visited, and I had seen many reviews of extremely difficult nose cases there, so I chose surgery. In conclusion, I underwent surgery thinking it would be difficult to fully improve my upturned nose, but I am very satisfied with the result and am writing a review. You can relatively easily find revision reviews, but you will realize that reviews of second and third revisions are hard to find. Before this surgery, I was very anxious and had a hard time, so I could not help writing this in case someone is in the same situation as me. For the third revision, autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. The tip came down more than I expected and became natural, so I like it. And just in case, I think it would be difficult to disclose the clinic where I had my surgeries from the first through the second revision for various reasons. I am sorry................ I truly feel sorry because you never know what might happen..........................
