From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt it was well organized. It was clean and comfortable. I went with an appointment, so even registration at the desk was not backed up and was completed quickly. During the consultation, the surgeon first explained the criteria used to assess ear shape, and plainly said that the parts that did not really need to be done in my current condition did not need to be done. Even though I kept asking questions, there was absolutely no rushing because another patient was waiting or giving vague answers. They also reviewed the design very carefully and explained even the period when it could look swollen. I set a procedure date and left haha. I want to get it done soon~~
