I had rhinoplasty three years ago (septal extension, dorsal-hump shaving, osteotomy, nasal-tip AlloDerm). I only deliberated over chronic inflammation with swelling every evening, then after the nasal tip became slightly indented a year and a half ago, I removed only the silicone. But now I suddenly feel swelling in the nasal tip and inside, so I am deliberating whether to have complete removal this winter. I am so worried about what symptoms may occur. First, I plan to consult a well-known clinic. I am already worried that inflammatory symptoms might occur even after complete removal. If you have had a similar experience, please comment T_T.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 30 Wearing an ear-shape protector after ear-cartilage harvest

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 30 What if they mention harvesting auricular cartilage on the day of surgery??
As the title says, there was no mention of it during two consultations or several phone consultations, but what should I do if they say on the surgery day, “Let’s harvest auricular cartilage and build a columellar support”?
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 30 Anyone who used septal cartilage and had septal-deviation surgery?
Is anyone like this? I am in that situation, so the remaining septal cartilage probably is not plentiful and is weak, right? Even the auricular-cartilage support is nearly too weak to function. I cannot easily decide because I am anxious…
