While looking into outer and lower canthoplasty, I found this clinic because I really hoped it would not need reversal!! As you will know if you consult with the doctor, they emphasized that they tie a knot downward, so it will not come undone. It has been about half a year now, and I am so happy that it has not reverted. They said that at the start of surgery, they need to overcorrect it so that after swelling subsides and time passes, the outer and lower canthoplasty will be at an appropriate level. When I first came out of the operating room and looked in the mirror, I wondered if it was too droopy, but now I am exactly satisfied! I liked that they did it as much as my eyes could be opened, without a squared-off finish.
