I’ve been seeing a lot of implant-free nose procedures lately. How is implant-free rhinoplasty performed? Does it have fewer side effects because silicone and implants are not used? Then you can’t increase the height, right? Are [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C] places that perform implant-free procedures? There must be a limit to how much height can be achieved without implants, right?
