There is only one chief director, so it seemed more trustworthy than a large, assembly-line clinic. I researched eight places for incisional revision eyelid surgery. When I booked a consultation here, I was told that if I was more than 5–10 minutes late, I would need to reschedule for another day. After a consultation with the coordinator, I met the director; since there is only one chief director, they are punctual (I was about 10 minutes late too, so I had to reschedule).
