1. The changing room was too narrow and uncomfortable. 2. The consultant had a subtly confrontational style; when I asked questions, it was always, “I do not know about that~ It differs by person.” As someone who dislikes that kind of manner, I did not like the consultation. It was not systematic. 3. The director was kind, but not particularly professional T_T. I did not feel much trust. 4. Only live CCTV viewing was available (I went alone, so I needed to check it afterward but could not). 5. I wanted to be admitted, but was told it was only possible with an admission fee and for afternoon surgeries. 6. Overall, controlling
