I am visiting several places for rhinoplasty consultations, and the atmosphere of the consultation here was good. At first, I was only thinking of raising the nasal bridge a little and refining the nasal tip, but during the consultation it felt like they considered my nose shape and facial proportions together. I also brought photos of the nose I wanted, but rather than saying they would make it exactly the same no matter what, they explained a direction that could suit my face, which I liked. They recommended custom silicone and septal cartilage as the materials. They explained why they were considering that combination and which aspects could be improved, so it did not feel like they were proceeding with a predetermined approach. The part about establishing the nose design was especially good: it felt like they were not merely raising the bridge, but also considering the nasal-tip shape and overall impression while setting the line. I also asked about concerns I had before the consultation, and they explained them one by one, which helped me understand. I still plan to compare more places, but I was satisfied with the consultation process and the design direction. I think the result is important in rhinoplasty, but it is also important how the initial direction is established, and this was one of the better places I consulted with.
