As soon as the surgeon saw me, they said, “Your right eye is sleepy-looking; you have sausage eyelids. It would be better to have surgery.” / Double-crease revision, ptosis correction, one year of aftercare. The surgeon was cheerful and the consultant was kind. I asked them to recommend canthoplasty, but apparently I did not need it. They drew eyes on an iPad and explained. Because I have hollowing around my eyes, I also consulted about under-eye filler, but they said I did not need fat grafting and that we should see the progress later if necessary. Fat grafting recommended elsewhere
