First of all, the clinic is fairly small. Even the consultation room felt about 0.7 times the size of those at larger clinics. But there was no waiting, and I liked feeling that they focused on me during the consultation. The consultant was neither especially kind nor rude. It felt non-pressuring. There was also absolutely no pressure to book or add procedures, which felt straightforward. The director came in and designed the crease line. I was not 100% satisfied, but they did try to accommodate me as much as possible. They suddenly pressed a pad directly against my eye area to explain what the issue was and what needed to be done... lol. It was my first time experiencing something like that, so I was surprised, but I did not dislike it. The price was also the lowest here... But because my previous surgery went badly after I chose a cheap place to save money, I am even more worried. Also, I saw several comments in consultation-visit posts from people who had surgery here and were dissatisfied, so this clinic has dropped a little in my priorities...
