This was my first double-eyelid consultation. The order was coordinator-surgeon-coordinator, and it took about 15 minutes. I had an appointment and did not wait. The coordinator first asked what kind of eyes I wanted and why I wanted double-eyelid surgery, organized that information, and relayed it to the surgeon before the consultation. So I consulted with the surgeon for about five minutes. The surgeon set the line I wanted and answered my questions; then the coordinator summarized it again and explained the price and the revision-service period.
