They checked the movement above, below, and at the sides of my eyes very carefully and firmly told me not to have double-eyelid revision surgery. They said that because my skin is on the thick side, making the crease higher could lead to a poor result. They explained that, if skin were excised, the thick upper skin and thin lower skin could adhere and look unnatural. I have deep-set eyes and look slightly sleepy, but they did not recommend ptosis correction because it would make my double eyelids look thinner. They recommended a sub-brow lift as an alternative. As for scars, they would not touch
