Both the consultation manager and the surgeon gave me plenty of time. At first, they started a natural conversation and seemed to observe my facial movements and asymmetry. I liked that they made me comfortable enough to ask anything I was curious about. Even when predicting the surgical result, they spoke confidently, which inspired trust. The staff, including the consultation manager, and the surgeon were all kind. This clinic's strength is simply that it feels comfortable.
