I have a low nasal bridge and a bulbous nose, and I had consultations at three places total. Only here did they recommend costal cartilage. They seemed to say that ear cartilage or septal cartilage would have little effect and lead to lower satisfaction. They recommended alar reduction, but advised doing the minimum first and reducing more later if I still did not like it. Other places also recommended alar reduction, so I thought I might need it, but this place really seemed to pursue a natural result. They kept asking whether I had any questions
