The price became quite high because they said the calves had to be done together with the area beside the knees for an effect, so there was an additional charge. The director is not the type to kindly discuss your concerns; they only say what needs to be said. You should know beforehand that they are an anesthesiology specialist, not a plastic-surgery specialist. Even when taking postoperative photos, they covered only the private areas and had me photographed unclothed from the rest of the body after I woke from anesthesia
