I had buried-suture double-eyelid surgery 8 years ago, and it turned out so well that I was often asked where I had it done. But my eyes themselves were the kind likely to turn out well; even eyelid tape made them look much better, and the double-eyelid surgery was a huge success. However, it came undone after exactly two years. I asked about revision surgery, but it was sooo expensive, so I booked a famous place in Seoul. Even including round-trip KTX costs, Seoul was cheaper lol T_T. The surgeon's consultation basically let patients do whatever they wanted. They did not seem to have a particular aesthetic preference, and I deliberated a lot over medial canthoplasty; the nuance was, “Do it if you want... if not, then do not...” lol. I ultimately did not do it, but the double-eyelid surgery itself turned out very well, so I am satisfied.
