I had both inner and outer nostril reduction. Honestly, for someone who is not interested in alar reduction, the scars would be barely noticeable. But since it is my own face, I still notice them a little; other people do not, so that is reassuring. I had it done because my nose looked a bit blunt, and it has improved, but it still feels blunt (maybe rhinoplasty really is the answer). Of all the plastic-surgery doctors I have seen, this doctor was the gentlest and kindest. I even wanted to ask what perfume they use.
