First, after a brief consultation with the manager, I met the director. I had prepared several questions, but as there were more questions, I felt they did not want to answer them. I did ask many questions about complications, but the answer to every question was, “Theoretically, that could happen. It is difficult to say that it cannot happen.” Also, it felt as though they were constantly scrutinizing the surgical area and saying they could not take responsibility for minor differences they found. I did not feel much trust. Still, the manager was truly kind, and the director was not bad; they were just a little different from what I had seen on YouTube.
