I did not choose it because an anesthesiologist was not resident on site and the cost was burdensome. The consultant asked which other places I had visited. It was late on a weekday evening, and there were about two people waiting for consultation. They seemed proud of being the fastest at harvesting autologous costal cartilage. It was disappointing that there was no explanation of the specific surgical technique.
