I received Nose Beam four years ago. I had nasal-tip binding, DuoDERM inserted, and a dorsal hump shaved down, but the hump came back just one week after the splint was removed, and the Nose Beam surgery effect was not dramatic either. They did explain that unless the hump was shaved and covered with material such as silicone, the bone would grow back, but I never imagined it would protrude again after literally one week, T_T lol. I paid an extra 800,000 won to have it shaved, so I just became someone who threw 800,000 won away, T_T. Even the DuoDERM insertion
