Reason I got double eyelid surgery Before double eyelid surgery, my eyes were small, so I used double eyelid tape every day. The skin on my eyelids kept sagging more and more, and even with tape, I had a lot of eyelid skin, so there was a limit. That’s why I decided to have surgery.
2. Reason I chose the hospital I went to other hospitals too, but this one had the best atmosphere, the consultant was kind, and the doctor explained everything in detail, kept checking each line one by one with me, and was extremely kind.
3. After surgery The pain really didn’t hurt at all. Before and after surgery, they kept making me feel comfortable, and aside from feeling a little uncomfortable, it didn’t hurt. Removing the stitches didn’t hurt at all either, and I’m currently one month post-op, but I think the swelling has gone down quickly.
4. Eyes after surgery I got a semi-out line, and it turned out exactly like the line I wanted. For an incisional procedure, there isn’t much swelling, and I don’t think the surgical scars are very noticeable. My eyes definitely got bigger, and I gained confidence lol. It’s so comfortable not having to use double eyelid tape, and when I put on makeup, it really shows.
I’m very satisfied with the surgery. I think it turned out really well '◡'
